Analyser Shelter / Cabinet Exp Protection

Magnus Energy Services work with System Integrators (SI), EPC’s and OEM right from system engineering to component supply, collaborating with our partners from around the world to meet customer’s critical and complex solutions. Our combined expertise can solve challenges in Gulf coast / Offshore / deserts to North Sea applications.

Analyzer shelters (or analyzer houses or cabinets) provide a controlled environment for protection from adverse conditions, which can affect process analyzer/CEMS performance and readings. Integrated sample conditioning systems and analyzers are pre-wired and pre-piped in these prefabricated analyzer houses / shelters.

The design of the analyzer shelter must consider many factors. Local ambient conditions, hazardous area classification, sample type, analyzer type together with international design standards and client specifications will all influence the final design and requirements of the shelter.

Customised HVAC & Chiller Systems

Vertical Type (Free Standing)
A
Vertical Type (Free Standing)

Definition: Standing away from the wall to block SA/RA

Purpose: Safety

Advantage:

Various options (e.g. fire damper) can be used
The interior noise level of the Room is low
Easy to access for maintenance
Uses minimal wall space
B
Vertical Type (Wall Mount)

Definition: Attached to the wall

Purpose: Convenience

Advantage:

Fewer dampers are needed
Easy to install
Easy to service
Uses minimal space as a whole

Common:

The control panel (control box) can be located inside or outside the room, depending on client requirements
i.e., clients in cold/hot regions may want to operate from inside the room
i.e., clients where safety is a primary concern may want to leave it outside and check the lamp status before entering the room
Vertical Type (Free Standing)
Horizontal Type (Roof/Ground)
C
Horizontal Type (Roof/Ground)

Definition: Can be installed either on the roof or on the ground

Purpose: Variability

Advantage:

Various options such as fire damper, shut-off damper, or motorized damper can be used to prevent sparks from escaping in the event of an explosion
The interior noise level of the Room is low
The package system can be completely assembled and inspected
The units can be constructed in almost any shape, dimension, and configuration to meet clients' restricted spaces and requirement

Options: The horizontal package units can be supplied separately in the form of the ACCUs and AHUs, as required

AHU (Air Handling Unit): Adjusts the humidity and supplies refreshing air into the room

ACCU (Air Cooled Condensing Unit): Contains a refrigeration compressor and condenser for the heating and cooling system
