ATEX Single / Redundant HVAC and Air Conditioners

Single HVAC System (Fan redundancy)

Single HVAC is a product with dual ventilation fans as standard, and is suitable for positive pressure control that dilutes harmful gases through a continuous forced ventilation system and protects the pressure room from entering from the outside.

Single Frame Redundant System (Vertical)

It consists of a 100% redundant system in one frame. If an error occurs in Duty, it switches to the backup system. Each system operation cycle can be performed alternately, extending the life of the compressor and other components.

Single Frame Redundant System (Horizontal)

Single Frame Redundant (Horizontal) unit is consist of full redundant upon request, suitable for controlling of the positive pressure which force ventilation system can dilute harmful gases and protect pressure room come in from outside.

Economy HVAC

The Economy HVAC unit is consist of one cooling system, one heating system (optional) and one forced ventilation systems in the single unit body. The user can compose an Auxiliary Fan in Air intake with the option. It can be configured as Two frame redundant depending on your needs.

Two Frame Redundant System

Two Frame Redundant System is a structure that connects two Economy HVACs, which have double unit bodies that have one cooling system, one heating system (optional), and one forced ventilation system respectively in a unit body.

Air Conditioner (+Ventilation AC)

The Compact Air Conditioner device is a device that controls the temperature inside a small room (cabinet). If cooling of the room is important, the AC device can be configured as a Separate Frame 100% redundant device. The ventilation function can be selected as an option.

Chiller Unit (for Gas/Liquid) Analysers

Chiller Unit (for Gas/Liquid)

The Chiller for gas unit is used to lower the dew point of humid gas to avoid condensate entering into the gas analyzer. This compressor(down below the dew point) cooler has been designed with a powerful dew point stabilizer.

Chiller Unit

It is a standalone cooling unit for cooling fluids in industrial processes in areas classified as general or hazardous areas. Depending on site conditions, water-cooling or air-cooling is possible.

ATEX Electric Heaters & Compressors

WH series Electric Heater

WH Series Heater is designed for heating in hazardous areas. Due to that can be used in many ways in other areas. Fin heater helps fast heat transfer, and two temperature controllers are used to prevent double overheating.

Compressor Unit

The hermetic reciprocating compressor of model HX0.2/50, HX0.5/220 and HX0.8/350 in the HX series are providing high cooling capacity based on the energy efficiency design.

VentRe Manager

Eductor: powered by motive force gas. It can use separate Eductor driven gas like NG or other gases. Pump: For save motive force gas & return pressure above 20psig, pump system is highly recommended. Vacuum return with excess flow limit.
